I don’t have stage fright. I have no problem getting up in front of a group of people, either for a business presentation or for a play. It doesn’t bother me at all.
People say that when you have stage fright it helps to imagine your audience is in its underwear, or everyone is naked. This isn’t helpful. I don’t think I could speak clearly when a bunch of naked people were in front of me.
