I am so excited to see Dana Carvey live and in person tonight.
I grew up with his comedy on SNL. I saw Opportunity Knocks in the theater when I was 10 and of course I saw Wayne’s World when it came out in 1992. The funny part is that I was 12 in 1992 so a lot of the humor went over my head, which means I get to watch Wayne’s World now and see things I missed back then.
I also love the “chopping broccoli” song. I can’t help it. It’s hilarious.
Dana Carvey is a living legend. I am so thrilled to see him in person!!
